Using Crowd Wise, developed by the New Economics Foundation (nef), Perry Walker, a nef Fellow and Wendy Stern, Action for Involvement will invite engineers to talk us through how we can afford sustainable housing?

Work in small groups with our experts and use Crowd Wise, a highly interactive tool nef developed
to create consensus, just a few of the questions you may ask to tackle this issue
could include:
How can we prevent our heating bills goingthrough the roof?
Should we put up prefabs to house our young andsingle people?
Can we afford to invest in sustainable housing?
How will our Council involve us in decisions on
affordable and sustainable housing?
Should the Government develop a sustainable, eco-friendly housing programme to cut emissions and save energy?

Event Charges
Owing to increased demand for our events and activities we have introduced an event charge to help pay for our running costs. We have also reviewed our Standard Charge policy which will remain at £15 for anyone who books a place but fails to turn up or turns up without booking or after our published closing date.
Standard Charge: £15 for booking but not turning up or turning up without booking.
Donations
We always gratefully appreciate any financial help for running costs such as insurance, volunteer expenses and communications. For donations of £20 or more, we send you a personal, hand-written thank you note.
